Chiki’s Pancakes is a women-owned Latin business proudly based in Richmond, Virginia. Since 2021, we’ve been serving handcrafted mini pancakes with customizable toppings at events, shopping centers, and through our colorful food trailer. We bring sweetness, creativity, and joy to every plate—making us a favorite among families, foodies, and event planners across the state.
Chiki’s Pancakes was born from a dream and a lot of courage. Founder Alexa Agüero moved to Richmond, VA from Venezuela in 2017 with her family. In 2021, she introduced her mini pancake concept at a local holiday market with just one table, one machine, and a big vision. The response was immediate and full of love.
One year later, we opened the first mini pancake restaurant in Richmond. Now, with our food trailer and growing team, we’re proudly serving sweet experiences across Virginia—and dreaming of becoming America’s first mini pancake franchise.
